Reply to the Offer of Admission

Log on to your student status page, click reply to offer, and select your decision.

Submit Enrollment Deposit

This $100 enrollment deposit secures your place at Lawrence Tech. Additionally, it secures scholarships awarded to you and allows you to apply for housing, take required placement assessments, and sign up for an advising appointment. May 1 is the national candidate reply deadline. You are encouraged to submit your enrollment deposit as soon as you make Lawrence Tech your choice. The enrollment deposit can be submitted through your student status page. The deadline to request a refund for the enrollment deposit deadline is July 1.

Sign up for Housing

The application for housing is available after you submit your enrollment deposit on your student status page. There is a $250 application fee for housing. This also serves as your security deposit. First-year students are encouraged to live on campus as planned activities and first-year student initiatives ease the transition from high school to college. Additional information on University Housing is available at aksarayyeralticarsisi.com/housing. You will receive your housing assignment in mid-July.

Register for Placement Assessments

Placement assessments are the first step in the registration process and are the key to a successful academic path at Lawrence Tech. The results of these assessments will be used by your Academic Advisor to determine the appropriate coursework for your first semester. Once you submit your enrollment deposit, you will receive an email shortly after to view your placement assessment requirements on your student status page. You will find these requirements on the right side of your student status page, along with registration links and study guides. If you are required to take placement assessments, the tests are conducted virtually. You will need a computer (desktop or laptop, not cell phone) with a webcam and audio capabilities. You will also need a valid photo ID. Please note, the placement assessments MUST be completed before you register for your advising appointment.

Advising Appointment

During this appointment you will meet with your advisor, discuss the results of your placement assessments, and register for your first semester coursework. Registration for an advising appointment will become available in March. Priority registration dates will be available in April. Please return to your student status page in early March to view your advising options. Again, you will not be able to register for an advising appointment until your placements have been completed.

Laptop Deposit and Distribution

One of the highlights of being a new Lawrence Tech student is picking up your customized laptop. We want you to get used to the unique features and software prior to the start of the term. To be eligible to pick up your laptop, you will need to pay your $500 laptop deposit on your student status page. You will be able to submit this deposit in early March. You MUST be fully registered for classes before you can pick up your laptop. Laptops will be distributed at our Family Orientation Days. Registration for these days will be available on your student status page in mid-March.

Submit Final High School Transcripts

Once your final semester/quarter grades have been posted, request an official copy of your final high school transcripts be sent to 利记sbo. In addition, if you have completed any dual enrollment courses, AP, or IB tests, make sure you request official transcripts or scores be sent to 利记sbo as well.

Financial Aid & Tuition

The first step is to fill out the FAFSA form, which is found at www.fafsa.gov. Students beginning the Fall 2024 must complete the FAFSA for the 2024-25 aid year. Be sure to list 利记sbo as your school of choice on the FAFSA. 利记sbo’s school code is 002279.

After you register for classes, you will be emailed your Estimated Out of Pocket Charges to the email you completed your FAFSA with. If you have any questions about this, please reach out to your financial aid counselor. Contact information can be found at a6ht.aksarayyeralticarsisi.com/financial-aid.
